I received the following dispatch from Don on Sunday
Excellent report in the NY Times on how Chesapeake CEO and environmental criminal, Aubrey McClendon, snookered shareholders. With the help of a rogue’s gallery of company directors, he walked away with $75 Mil just when the stock value tanked.
But, he and them are now under the microscope of investors in the company. The big question now is: How will the Oklahoma state court rule?

I hope the Louisiana shareholders will be allowed to examine the books and records in question. We can use all the accountability we can get. Shining light in the dark places!
