This is how I picture our sustainable energy future: We all have a solar panel, a wind turbine on the roof, a couple of cows, a garden, some chickens and a car that runs on urine. We’re all set. Energy independent from renewable sources.

Yeah, cows and other ruminants are the next leading source of methane after fossil fuels! But it's so much less that we'd still be better off in the end!
I wish you could watch Planet Green because they always focus on these kinds of things. Spray-on solar cells are the next thing, I think. And maybe lots of rooftop gardens? I like where you see the future! I'm down!

Yesssss. Trust me, I watch that channel allllll the time and I love it. It makes me happy that people are already doing so much more than I once thought!
They also have lots of fun tips for saving water, electricity, and trash. I already use a lot of the cheaper methods thanks to that channel! 😀
