Well this is sure interesting:
Stargate Sport Horses property sold
Word on the street is that ExxonMobil CEO Rex Tillerson has purchased the 100 acre Stargate Sport Horses facility on FM 407. Selling price was estimated to be around $9 mil.CrossTimbersGazette.com Admin
Isn’t that close to the new injection well and compressor station planned by Williams. I bet Rex won’t like it if his water gets contaminated or toxins belch over his new horse facility.
Things may be looking up for Argyle.

I wonder if he was fully informed abut the mineral rights. If he wasn't, then justice has been served. If he was and even purchased them, then I think he has an obligation to America to put as many gas wells on that 100 acres as possible. America needs to get off the middle east oil, and the ONLY way to do it is by destroying out own citizen's private property and poisoning them. Maybe Exxon will give him an employee discount?

Rumor is he did not get any minerals. Still, he has an obligation to get us off foreign oil. Oh wait! We're drilling for gas around here and the axis of evil doesn't produce gas only oil.
So, tell me how that's gonna work?

So, he bought it because he loves horses? Oh wait, it seems I heard of another horse farm where the owner had to move his horses because they kept getting sick, as soon as they were moved they got better. May the air from DISH waft in his general direction.

I'm thinking of getting a group of us together to stand right out front with signs that read "Drill Here, Drill Now!"

Let's do it! That would be so fun!

That area has already been drilled, to the south of the main barn, but it would be a prime candidate for a injection well. In 20 years when all of the gas has been sucked out and his hiers inherit the farm, we can buy the worthless mineral rights and then bulldoze all of the fence line and put a nice 5 acre pad right in front of the barn. When the trust fund babies come out to whine, we will just say "Let me tell you about something called a split estate."

Welcome to my neighborhood Rex. It's not as pretty as it used to be. Did you know that there used be a lot more trees just south of your driveway? Some drilling waste hauler was dumping their toxic load behind the Bartonville store. Must have been some nasty stuff, because it killed a bunch of trees & created an environmental clean up. I still wonder what they found in those dumpsters of dirt that were hauled away. I wonder if it was XTO waste?
Tim Ruggiero says
If the area has already been drilled, then that could only mean one thing- more driling is required, and refracing! We're desperate this gas, darn it, so the least he can do is let the bulldozers in and let's get this rig set up!
