Don't you actually have to be a resident of Ft. Worth to be Mayor of Ft. Worth? Maybe I should get a P.O. Box and run for FM mayor. First order of business as mayor: More drilling on the soon to be former mayor of FM's property.

Do we think the city of FW would allow this?

Is the mayor+dictator (mactator?) looking to live in a place where the air is clean, water is plentifull and drinkable, and his grandkids can play in yards without worrying about massive gas pipelines or earthquakes? If so, his actions and motivations as a father/family caretaker are very responsible and highly commendable. But he should be reminded (maybe via legal routes) that as mayor he is a "city father" entrusted with doing everything within his power to protect the citizens who placed their trust in him. You know kinda like the "city father" in Dish, Tx. Speaking of which, let's just kill several birds with one stone: the two mayors swap positions , and even residences, as part of a new reality TV show "Mayor Swap". It'll be interesting to see how the mactator does without his entourage and chauffered Cadillac Escalade. Deal or No Deal?
