I received another email from a Wise County resident who saw a waste water hauler parked on the side of the road dumping his load. This time they got the license number.

In this period of hightened awareness from nut-job activists who don't like polluted water and air, we are starting a new voluntary program called "Please, don't hire dumb sh!ts!". Look man, we are doing everything we can for you down here in Austin, but c'mon, we need a little help from your boys in the field. As if it isn't bad enough that we can't get injection wells into quiet neighborhods, but when we do, you don't even bother to use them. C'mon on man! Then you go and dump a bunch of crap on the side of the road, with people around, and you don't even take off your license plate first. Good grief man, apparently mamma DID raise a fool. Look guys, I like you, you give me this nice job down here in the office and I try to grease the wheels for you as much as I can, but you gotta start helping me out, yer killin' me here. Open thief hatches with benzene spilling out like Niagra Falls. Aruba taking a crap on Tim. That damn Tillman, I thought you guys were bad asses, why can't you shut him up? Now I'm sorry I had to get all crazy on you, just have your bosses send me a few more [million] donations and I'll just say the driver was suffering from some contaminants from a nearby construction site or something and that this is a very isolated incident. Hey, does anyone have any Tylo…hey, don't write this part down, you're not writing this part down are you?, ugh, I'm surrounded by morons, quit writing this down. Oh, I quit!

are there pictures of this illegal dumping or are we taking someones word for it? i only ask because i work for a waste hauling company and if one of my drivers was doing something like that i would want to know about it. someone said something about a license plate number? has anyone tried contacting the waste hauler to let them know about the negligence of their driver…probably not, they are too busy on blogs. did it ever occur to anyone that the management team of the contractors may not be aware of 100% of what their employees are doing all the time? I have Worked in this field for a long time and it doesn't matter how many background checks and how much supervision you give them you are always going to have a few dumb asses in the bunch. anonymous for job security, sorry
I do have pictures of illegal dumping on this blog but not of this particular instance. Of course mgmt is not always aware. But I have spoken with several drivers who were threatened with firing if they didn't dump the waste illegally.
