The TCEQ needs to be taken off of public funding. They should be allowed to go solicit their funding from the industrial pulluters and that would save an enermous amount of tax money—-and NOTHING would change!

What needs to happen is for the Justice Department to take over and appoint a special prosecutor to conduct an investigation and bring to justice those who are responsible for this fraud.
Government employees deceiving and lying to the very people they are charged with protecting = prison sentences.

Tim–I can appreciate your approach–BUT, you assume that the Texas state Courts and Court Clones are not corrupt. Be it know that the Texas courts are routinely bought off by big O&G. It's an easy way out for the polluters, use the Texas Courts! It's Texas Joketice!
