Rumor has it that one of the new TCEQ inspectors who is doing air testing in the Barnett Shale used to work for CHK.
This is a completely unsubstantiated rumor. It might be fun to have a look at the TCEQ inspectors’ resumes.

TCEQ is a state agency. A PIA request is in order. You can have them blot out personal contact info before it is sent to you. Government cannot hide behind the curtain, this isn't 1940, even if Mr. Ed thinks it is or wishes it was.
Not completely unsubstantiated-I've met him, he's not exactly secretive about his past employment in Aubreyland.
If true, this is terrible. We need new legislators and new legislation!! And fast!!
