Just came back from this….numerous thumbs up and honks, no less than 20 to 1, good vs. bad ratio. There were two, we will call them "thumbs" down from what I will refer to as my "elders". I didn't see one car go to the Cherokee Horn office the from 2-4pm. No doubt we will here of the "masses that decended" to their office on Tuesday to sign leases that according to their flyer could be worth up to "$15,000". Ok, if you believe that I have some making money with real estate dvd's I can sell you.

Cherokee Horn. They promised all kinds of future royalties to Grand Prairie homeowners 3 years ago. Stories abound about landmen driving up in their $100,000 sports cars, leaving the motor running for hours…until they got the $$signatures$$. Pressure and lies. No one should go near these people!
