Lewisville and Randalls and now FWISD. The Rule 37 house of cards is falling down now too, just like MIPA did.
Rule 37 sounds like state sanctioned robbery. Is this in conflict with some federal law so that some other Federal Organization (like EPA) can step in and prevent this robbery.
In what way is the gas companies action different from the following scenario:
You knock on someone's door and if they don't show up in a 1/2 hour, you break in and take what you want because they did not open the door in time to protest.
It is state sponsored theft. The sooner we get off hydrocarbons, the sooner we can stop dealing with this kind of crap.
