Tx Sharon you better be right about the EPA's endgame with GHG permitting. I think it was a huge mistake not to attempt to regulate all sources of GHG particularly natural gas drilling. Just imagine what sort of world we'd live in right now if best available technology were required on all new facilities. That's what this ruling entails for all large power plants. So why!? Why?! Why not use your authority to regulate GHG which they clearly have and apply it where it counts!
