Look folks, just because HB 3105 didn’t get on the calendar does not mean it can’t sneak into some other bill as an amendment.
I agree with the Flower Mound folks: it’s too early to celebrate the demise of this horrible, disaster of a bill.
BTW, HB 3105 was written by James Keffer. Why would he write such a bill? IJS…

It may not be on the calendar yet – that does not mean it can't still get on the calendar (feel free to correct me if I am wrong).
If this bill were to pass and become law, it would eviscerate our (Corinth's) Gas Well Ordinance.
Our State Representative, Myra Crownover, voted against this bill in committee, so I would imagine that she would vote against it on the floor. We need to get other areas to get their reps to vote against this if it comes up, and to vote against any amendments to existing bills that try to slip this in otherwise.
