They are ruining the land and lots of water and making some kids sick, all for something that lasts about as long as my iPhone.
Nice job Gasholes.

First day of fracking, yields the first violation. A half dozen trucks left between 7:15pm and 7:30 pm. So now we are to assume that Titan Operating doesn’t know how to tell time? No trucks after 7:00pm, please follow the law, contrary to your beliefs, you are not above it.

Wow. I hope they got a fine. Not that fines make any difference to the Big Gas Mafia because they just consider them the cost of doing business.

Sharon, Let’s just say, my spidy senses tell me they won’t be violating the law this evening. Oh, and as a public service to Titan Operating, the Saturday operating hours are 9am to 5pm (that’s when the big hand is on the 12 and the little hand is on the 5) Mr. Hammack.

7pm sharp and the neighborhood is quiet again. On behalf of all of my neighbors, thank you for complying with the law. Who says you can’t teach an old dog a new trick? Today I taught the gas company how to tell time. Next lesson, caring about your fellow man. That one is not in a town ordinance, but there is a higher authority who has something to say about it.

Well done!

Hilliard airfield is such a blight. Ive driven past it several times since Saturday and each day the amount of escaping emissions escalates. Today at around 4pm if you were virtually anywhere in Flower Mound you might think a bomb had gone off due to the giant plumes of black and brown smoke hanging over the town. From a two miles away I could spot the plume. Whats the best way to report what surely has to be a violation of something… right? Or is it still legal to poison us all?

Y’all need to wear the TCEQ and RRC out. Call them! Our regulatory system is complaint driven. If you aren’t complaining they stand up at press conferences and say everything is fine and no one is complaining.

TxSharon, (above)
They do that anyway!
;o)
Jeanne says
Every citizen of Flower Mound who cares about their children, themselves and or their property needs to burn the phone lines up at TCEQ and RRC. Just look at the Oklahoma earthquakes this weekend. This is what we have to look forward to with our indifference.

Flower Mound needs to work with me and the scientists and attorneys in my organization. We can help establish cause and effect, patterns and areas where the industry is not following code and regulators are not enforcing code. It’s not a perfect solution but it will make things better. We worked with Calvin Tillman and things are now much better in Dish–still not perfect by any means but much better.
