Some people will say anything for money.
Pitzarella claims Lipsky “deliberately falsified an internet video of his garden hose flaming.”
That sounds familiar. When have we heard Pitzarella make a similar claim? Oh yeah, the PSYOPS tapes!
Pitzarella made an official statement one:
“This is a result of an activist sneaking a recording of a 16-hour conference, editing it, and releasing a one minute sound bite.
[…]
“Editing and swapping my response with an unrelated comment from someone else isn’t really honest. And while we’d rather be discussing the importance of natural gas in our energy future, this issue provides us a platform to further communicate our commitment to being transparent, accountable and accessible. We don’t get to talk about the positives, until we address concerns.”
Exactly! Here is how I faked that tape:
- I rushed home from Houston, held auditions and chose a voice actor with just the right voice that sounds exactly like Pitzarella.
- Then I found a convention room and filled it with people to produce an exact replica of the background noise at the Houston conference.
- Then we recorded the voice actor bragging about using military PSYOPS personnel in our neighborhoods.
- Next I hired a professional sound man to splice the tape.
Yeah, sure I did.
Then Pitzarella made an official statement two:
In this statement, Range Resources and Pitzarella claim that he was responding to a question. If you listen to the tape, you will see that his admission is made in the middle of his presentation. If you listen to the tapes, you will see that Pitzarella was not taking issue with Mat Carmichael’s, Manager of External Affairs, Anadarko, statement about using the US Navy/Marine Insurency Manual. He was affirming that statement and adding how his company uses military tactics against Americans.
You can hear both the tapes in their entirety HERE.
Here is the video that Pitzarella claims is a fake.
And don’t forget DoodyGate.

The Lipsky case isn’t over, yet. It’s a jurisdiction move to Austin. Matt, on the other hand, really should just keep his trap shut. Confucius say, “Better to keep mouth shut an appear the fool than to open it and remove all doubt.” No doubt Pitzarella is a fool.

Doesn’t this kinda sound like a slanderous remark? Isn’t Range suing because of slanderous remarks which they claim weremade against them related to the Parker County water well contamination?
