jour·nal·ist. a person engaged in journalism; especially : a writer or editor for a news medium b : a writer who aims at a mass audience. 2. : a person who keeps a journal.
Is Sharon not a writer? Does she not write for a news medium? Are you not reading this on a news medium? Does she not have a wide audience? Is a blog-short for Web Log, not a journal?
