This one is close to Mansfield. Last year there were 100 homes in Mansfield that reported damage from fracking earthquakes.
I’ll get more information up tomorrow. Until then use some common sense.
Here is this lovely video from Arlington.
Then look in the FAQs for subsidence. Too early to tell but…
UPDATE: After several days someone from the city of Arlington who knew what he was doing found a leak in the municipal water lines. Whew!

In regards to subsidence, take a look at our southeast Arlington neighborhood this week. We are very concerned about what all of this fracking is doing to our community. We now experience many earthquakes and tremors. Will sinkholes be next? Most Texas homeowners insurance policies do not cover earth movement. I worry that many lessors may lose the investment they have in their homes. So tragic. http://fishcreekmonitor.blogspot.com/2012/11/the-path-of-least-resistance.html

You can bet that the insurance BOZOS are keeping good records of these quakes and tremors, because when you get somekind of damage from, say a wind storm, you file a claim, and they say “Oh it was from that earthquake on such and such a date”. Your’re denied, ha.

Good point. Document the condition of your home often.
