Texas House Speaker Tom Craddick, Capitol Annex has learned, sent a strongly-worded letter to former House Parliamentarian Denise Davis upon her resignation in which he instructed her to keep quiet. He also attempted, through the letter, to throw her advice as Parliamentarian under the blanket of “Attorney-Client Privilege.
