A new study finds that rising early may damage heart.
“Rising early to go to work or exercise might not be beneficial to health, but rather a risk for vascular diseases,” said an abstract of the study.
The study also found that most early risers were older people. My question: Are they older because they are early risers?
Not by choice, I get up at 5:00AM. Another study found that chronic sleep deprivation adds stress to the heart. I am so screwed. =(
