A 26 year old man is dead from massive blunt force injuries. The gas well he was trying to cap blew up.
Pressure may have built up in the well and caused a failure in the cap system, police said.

Investigators said Doman and Fisher were attempting to cap a well when the pressure blew the cap into Doman and threw Fisher about 30 feet.Neighbors said they heard and felt the blast as far as a mile away.
Another man who was injured is now in stable condition.
Although neighbors as far as a mile away reported hearing a roar like a train wreck when the accident occurred, state police said there was no fire or explosion.
