Star-Telegram’s Bud Kennedy, who took the picture, said the above picture was taken at the halfway mark and there were about 8 people who didn’t get in the picture. There was a total of about 25 present at his reception in Decatur, Texas.
Quite a difference from his recent fundraiser at the mansion of his lobbyist friend in Houston. The question begs asking: Why does King have to go away from his constituents to raise money?

I was at this event and I think it is great that Phil King would take the time to visit with us. I haven’t even seen his opponent in Wise County, much less gotten any mail from him.
Hey, if you say it’s so it must be true but these people in Wise County don’t seem to agree with you. But what would they know? They’re only constituents like me.
