VOCs = Volatile Organic Compounds are a cause of SMOG. That might explain why there is so much smog in this VIDEO that was taken within 5 miles of Greenwood, TX, population 76.

The report gives information about flaring (VIDEO), which I know is of intense interest to people in Lewisville right now. (Don’t let them flare up your behind.)
