Looks like getting a noise law passed is going to be difficult. There is one House Bill that is furtherest along, HB 736.

House Bill 736 is the most promissing and is in the Calendars Committee. We need to e-mail all the Calendars Committee members to get this bill out of Calendars and onto the State Calendar for a vote. It does include noise control by counties. It just does not specifically say compressor stations or equipment.
