I made a mistake in the video that accompanied the landfarm post and labeled the horrendous environmental mess that is endangering public health and safety incorrectly. It is operated by XTO. Here’s the corrected video:
There is something terribly wrong about this landfarm business other than the obvious that was pointed out in the original post. With all the drilling waste in the Barnett Shell it seems we should have more than one permitted commercial landfarm. Smells fishy!

I like that picture. It's appropriate. DO NOT think for a single moment that the RRC will help the ordinary citizen against big oil! It's sole purpose is to help big oil get what ever they want, even if it means helping big oil(or small oil for that matter) run over you, the ordinary citizen. The word "Railroad" is not it's name by accident!
