Does anyone else feel like crap from breathing the bad air around here? DFW is rated as the 10th worst Metropolitan area for ozone and air pollution by the American Lung Association. And we are well on our way to having air as bad as Houston.
I completely agree with the Star Telegraph’s assessment in regards to recent statements by TCEQ concerning Dr. Al Armendariz’s study: Emissions from Natural Gas Production in the Barnett Shale Area and Opportunities for Cost-Effective Improvements.
Clearly it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that our air is not fit for any living organism. Here’s a video I took on March 15, 2009, out on the northern edge of Wise County.
The current plan to fix the problem is not working! It’s time for some new leadership.
