Only, Wilma Subra is not with Wolf Eagle Consulting. She has her own company and is on the Board of Directors of OGAP. he has Wilma confused with Alisa Rich, Principal, Wolf Eagle Environmental Engineers and Consultants who did the ambient air quality study in DISH, TX. Wilma did the evaluation of the study and the health assessment.
