There's no telling what this thing is putting out into the air. I bet it is also noisy, including the bad Low Frequency Noise (LFN).

It is unreal noisy and smelly and you can see the vapors escaping into the air. I wish I had a better mic on my camera.

Someone up there may want to look up on the TCEQ website and see if the thing has one of those rubber-stamped PBR registrations! Wouldn't surprise me if it didn't even bother to get itself one.
