I'll bet the school district couldn't wait to sign those lease papers. If they leased, they are not being protective of the kiddos.

I hate to see pictures like this with a drill rig next to a playground. I came across a scene like this in Bradford County, PA, where a pipeline was being installed within a few feet of a little girl's swing set and pool. She was out selling homemade cookies to the workers.
