I guess they got all the goodie they wanted out of Wise County.
Devon to close Decatur office this spring
I’ve mentioned many times that it’s foolish to put all you’re eggs in one basket. The dirty oil business is all Decatur has.

Have studied the O&G business for some 40+years. It's noted for the boom-bust cycles. During the Cheney regeim, we had the longest boom cycle I ever have seen or heard of. Now we should be in for a long and prolonged Bust cycle. It's long overdue. Ought to make a bunch of people learn the ropes. Lots of folks will be in Barbados drinking martinis on the baches Ha. I hope this bust cycle resimbles the on during the depression. And we need to tax the ever loving fool out of the O&G business.

Clearly, not one of the Devon employees were responsible for any monitoring or inspecting any of thousands of pieces of the equipment or well sites.
Should we throw a going away party?
