I don’t completely understand all this but it appears there is a TYC Chemical Dependency study and the DSHS, enabled by TAMU, is making it difficult to get the results. LINK
This concerns me because DSHS is the agency conducting the DISH health testing. We need the results in an easy to access format.

DSHS is TCEQ's co-dependent in keeping inconvenient facts about industry's poisons under the rug. Please look over the 2008-2009 Morning News coverage of their part in the Midlothian ATSDR fiasco.
They will never be a party in blaming industry for public health problems. Don't expect them to help do anything but aid in the cover-up.

Of course, it is the WCEQ in action doing deeds to promote and help the polluter in Tx. That's the way it is and always will be!
