Tonight at 7pm there will be a meeting at the Wellington Amenities Center, 3520 Furlong Dr. East, Flower Mound, TX 75022. This meeting is about Flower Mound residents uniting to get a referendum to repeal the ordinances passed by the FM Town Council last Thursday. The people organizing these efforts have absolutely no political motivations and are just regular citizens, like you and I , that are upset about the outcome of last week’s town council meeting. The meeting will be very focused on the referendum and how we make that happen. There will be no other agenda. There are no political motivations here. This will not be a debate, or a bash session. I have decided to join forces with this group of people for that reason. My primary concern is to protect my family, my home and our quality of life here in Flower Mound. I believe the best way to achieve this is to have a referendum to repeal the changes that were made to our oil and gas ordinances last week. If you want to stop a Centralized Waste Water Collection facility in our town then this is the meeting to go to.
This meeting is open to all Flower Mound residents wanting to participate in this effort.
I hope to see you all there.

Pam- I wish we had a little more notice, we'd gladly come out to join you! Please know you and the people of Flower Mound have our support and will be in our prayers.
I would strongly recommend that someone in FM file an ethics complaint against the mayor. Her relationship with Williams is wrong on the face, and I suspect the relationship is much deeper than what she would admit.
It's difficult for her to be unbiased when she has business dealings that benefit her personally and financially, so how could she possibly be objective?

Seriously, the Mayor does not vote. There was no conflict of interest. The conspiracy theories have got to stop. The sky is not falling and we are not all dying of benzene exposure. Where did the wheels come off in this town?

We know the Mayor doesn't vote. She does set the agenda's. I remember when they said smoking and second hand smoke wasn't killing us either. The wheels haven't come off in Flower Mound, the residents have taken their blinders off and now see what is really going on. I smell a revolution and you don't like it………

No, but Levenick did vote and in case of a tie the mayor would vote. How do you know how the polution is effecting you right now. The experts all agree that the air, water and soil contamination resulting from this is cancerous. I am sick of pro drillers saying that no one knows if the effects of drilling are harmful. That is b.s. There is evendence and experts do agree on that. Even TCEQ agrees.

Conspiracy theory? That's a different one. I guess the rape and destruction of 4.5 acres of my 10 are just another 'conspiracy theory'. The mayor doesn't vote? I guess she doesn't LIE or misstate or distort the truth, either, right? Next we're going to hear about how the video of her telling LIES was doctored.
I guess when there are 300+ angry residents at a town meeting obviously opposed to further drilling and any other gas company related activity, and the city council approves all the motions and permits anyway, that's just good governing?
I guess when the mayor and another council member have signed business deals with the VERY SAME company looking to drill, destroy property and pollute the air and water around FM, that's just a 'coincidence'?
What's truly disgusting is these people who think they are so right, have the law largely on their side, believe they are doing such a great service to the community and denounce people who protest against it who don't have the courage to use their name. That's right, I'm talking about you, ANONYMOUS. You're acting cowardly. But that's what people who work for the energy companies do, as most bullies are.

There are so many parallels between Flower Mound and Argyle – and I am sure many other towns as well. All the decision makers are lease holders, so how can we expect a different vote? Really scary!

The conspiracy theories don't have to stop. I wonder at a few individuals who hold a large portion of the mineral rights in town, the conflict of interest with the mayor and council member, prior to being mayor she was on the planning and zoning (convenient), then she states she is running for mayor again (thought last time was the last) because she has projects she wants to finish. I'll bet she has a few projects to finish. Anyway, I hear someone is going to run against her. She actually has nerve running again with most of the town angry at her.

This isn't a theory. There IS a conspiracy
