My goodness, it couldn't be that we are very concerned about the health of our neighbors, children, and selves. It couldn't be that we are concerned for the mess we will be leaving our children. We're just bored.
Has anyone, the TCEQ or any other sources ever done an air test while they are doing this? I know the industry says its 'just sand' but given the plethora of lies, has anyone confirmed?

The TCEQ came out to Rayzor Ranch site Sunday 2/7/10 at 245pm and tested air quality. At that time it was raining and 48 degrees. The production or fracking or what ever Range wants to call it had been scaled down since our complaints started on Fri. TCEQ testing showed only small amount of diesel in air which is not surprising. TCEQ does not test for all the chemical used during the fracking process because gas production companies will not reveal them. It was like the noise testing by Charles Meyer from fire dept. of Denton Friday at 400pm Fri 2/5/10 he only tested at the bottom of the hill and the decimal was 76 to 77 (acceptable limit is 79). I ask him to step up into park at 300ft to re-test because it was louder there and he refused. Instead he got in his truck and drove around to the back of the park and we never saw him again. The fire dept and the TCEQ don't want to find anything because that would require them to do some extra work. Friday was horrible 10 times worse than Sat or Sun. Look at video on YOUTUBE search Range Resource and click on scubawithdog and you can see the whole dirty mess.
Lonnie I don't know who you are referring to getting mineral rights but I do know you can receive minerals and still be able to recognize right from wrong.
Many people have leased their land and then been horrified by the destruction of property, environment, and personal rights.
Money does not corrupt everyone usually only if INC. after name.

Hey Anonymous is that really you Shiloh Chris? It sounds like your pathetic grammar and ranting which is usually about money . Besides I can't think of many people, except for you, who would go around measuring mules pissing parts and comparing them to man's pissing part sizes. Jealous or wanting which is it?
