It is obvious Texas Railroad Commissioner Carrillo needs to be replaced. Every time an issue is brought to the attention of the RRC, he denies there is a problem with drilling. That is not just on occasion, but always. Mr. Carrillo is out of touch with reality and has shown no interest in protecting individuals, their rights or their health.
