It's sad to realize that our country is filled with people just like these that will sue a large company (with a virtually unlimited asset base) completely out of greed, with no proof that they have actually been harmed. If they were tested and proven to be completely unharmed for now and forever, they would still sue for damages.

WOW! With all the information that is available, it is beyond logic how anyone can say, (or believe) drilling is safe and does not use dangerous chemicals. I contacted Grapevine myself and they stated to me, "fac ponds are just a little mud." Scary!!
