Nice job.
And the after:

The following was written by Aruba Petroleum in response to the Denton Record Chronicle’s questions. Part ONE and Part TWO
Aruba is committed to maintaining oil and gas industry standards. We have taken and will continue to take steps to ensure our operations do not adversely affect the safety and security of the homeowner. We believe that emissions from our operations have been at levels that are protective of human health and welfare and did not interfere with the normal use and enjoyment of property. We also have taken and will continue to explore steps to further reduce our emissions.
They lie so easily. They have done nothing but put this family and the community in danger and harm their health.

So let me get this straight,
The first video is from 01/17/2010
Then the DRC article posts where Aruba said that they actually care about our children and our health.
Then today the GasFindIR video becomes available that shows that they have done nothing to fix the problem as of 03/17/2010.
Can't wait to share the MSDS for the "cement" they poured into the pit to solidify it. Driver says it shouldn't be poured on a windy day due to it's hazardous nature. Not even allowed to use it at all in some states.
We'll have to check the manifest date and the weather records and find out who gave the order to dump during hazardous conditions 200 feet from the Ruggiero and their neighbor's homes.
Good luck Aruba, your lies are running thin.

I think Larry Boy & The Drillers lie so much, they are incapable of even recoginizing the truth, much more telling it.
It's such a good thing Aruba is so protective of our health, and have taken so many measures to ensure our quality of life and enjoyment of our property, I can't imagine what it would be like if they didn't care so much.

I'll have to check- I may have videotaped this one as well. I do remember seeing the white clouds curling into the air, I actually thought it was lime, and reported it as such to the TRRC. Of course, those chickenshits at the TRRC just say they 'Don't get involved in disputes between the gas company and homeowners". And, oh, by the way, that's their pat answer for almost everything.
cluck, cluck, cluck.

"…did not interfere with the normal use and enjoyment of property…" – really, the last time I tried to ride a horse through a big metal tank, it didn't work out so well. I guess you might be able to classify the tank batteries as a cavaletti, if your horse has super-powers.

I'm having to think about this one…'Normal use AND enjoyment of the property'. Funny, don't recall gas masks being sold at the horse and tack shop.

I wouldn't mind taking a crop to some of the execs over at Aruba on your behalf. Of course, they would probably enjoy that. "Thank you Mr. Ruggiero, may I have another?"
