The Argyle-Bartonville Communities Alliance was recently formed in response to the latest threat to that community: DISH Part Deux, a facility that rivals the one in DISH, TX.
If you’re having a hard time comprehending the kind of recklessness and disregard for human health and safety it takes to put another heavy industrial facility like the one in DISH in a neighborhood where families are trying to live their America Dream, then join the club.
The Argyle-Bartonville Communities Alliance has come out swinging with a letter to Tony Walker, Director, TCEQ Region 4. The letter points out that this facility does not meet the “moderate” standard set in the new, about to be released air permitting rules.
In DISH Part Deux Williams wants to put the following heavy industrial equipment less than 100′ from some homes:
- dehydrator
- 4 compressors
- 27 condensate tanks
And to top that off: The 7 acre site is in the flood plain.

Where is the exact location of this proposed facility?
Has it already been approved?

If you go to 622 Frenchtown Rd and look behind and east of that big house, that's the location. They are already installing some tanks.
