At some point, we will have enough people for a class-action for at least loss of property value. The climate and timing is just about perfect for a jury of our peers to tilt the scales of justice.
I am so thankful for Runner Susan and all of those who see this siege on their community for what it is. Keep up the good fight, right will prevail if you do. Go look up the mineral right owners in this area and the lease documents. Curious to see the stipulations on "their" land as opposed to the land they sold of to you.
