Gasland is compelling. It is an important film for everyone, but especially for those of us who live in areas where gas wells are all around us.
Just got back from the showing in DISH. I've seen it three times, now and I've seen and learned something new each time. An amazing film.
I watched gasland tonight at one of the TXOGAP parties. I'm terrified. It's hard to believe that all this is happening in our backyards.
It is an acocalyptic portrait of modern life with no solutions! Humans and wildlife are in danger if we continue to drill here in the USA!
It is very, very deprssing and I'm more conderned about the food we feed our children.
We are doomed!

40% of the electricity for Denton, Texas is supplied by wind. We have enough wind to supply a great deal of electricity. We need to start converting now and slow down drilling.
