How true, how true. There is no difference. There's the RRC for land and the MMS for offshore. Two lapdogs. Vague and ignored rules abound.

Good luck with that. I'm a mineral owner as are most who comment here.

"If you tell a big lie long enough, people will believe it!" – Natural Gas is Clean, Natural Gas is Clean, Natural Gas is Clean. If that is the case, why the multi-million dollar campaigns to tell me so EVERY day —-It is sort of clean, relatively speaking to other fossil fuel but only when it burns, the process to get it, not so much.

Drilling will reduce our dependence on foreign oil from hostile nations, Drilling will reduce our dependence on foreign oil from hostile nations,
Drilling will reduce our dependence on foreign oil from hostile nations — ?????? – Huh, when did we start burning natural gas in all of our motor vehicles – If you are talking about natural gas imports, yes, we do import over 80% of our natural gas from such hostile nations as Mexico and Canada (Yes, I know there are a handful of public transporation systems that use natural gas, but that is not the VAST majority of private transportation)

"It is time mineral owners unite and speak up and not allow a few dominate the debate!" – You mean like the 60% of FM voters in a 71% Republican district who said, there is a limit to how far this will tip in Industries favor, – that crazy Republican majority – just throws a monkey wrench in old school politics, doesn't it?
