I like the line about developing 'new negotiation skills'. Hmmm, wonder why the same ol same ol isnlt working as well as it used to?
And, they are having to fight harder to acquire some of the 'toughest' right of ways…Why is it so tough? Could it because it's running through people front yards and back yards, like the folks on Carter Ave in FTW and more and more people are fighting back?
"Negotiations skills"? What are they smoking there? With eminent domain you don't NEED negotiation skills!!
