By now you all already know that Brian Boerner City Environmental Manager for the City of Fort Worth took a job with Chesapeake CHK today. CHK really REALLY liked the job he did for them while on the City’s payroll.
Don’t let that revolving door hit you in the ass Brian!

WAJ. Our tax money at work for big gas! A wonderful "system" we have here in Texas!

In 2007, Boerner refused to allow the recycling and composting departments of the City of FW to participate in Prairie Fest. His reason? Prairie Fest was too political because we allowed Lon Burnam to address the crowd on what the State of Texas was doing to clean up the environment. Boerner also disapproved of the City Council rep for the neighborhood, Kathleen Hicks, to welcome the crowd. Too political, he said. Now we learn that he has been working for CHK while earning a paycheck from the City of FW paid for with my tax money. Is that too political?

Don–just typical of the local BBO's that float around these gas drilling gulags in Tx. Most of it is funded with our tax money–what a waste of tax money!

Don't take it personal. Ten years ago, it would have been TXI.

Brian was also aware of the pilot program with Chesapeake at the Arc Park Compressor station site in Ft Worth that has a pipeline just for 35 sites's produced water waste that gets evaporated from the compressor's waste heat and what's the nasty fumes get incinerated as fuel in the compressor engines. All done without the benefit of ANY VAPOR EMISSION CONTROLS/HYDROCARBON AIR SCRUBBERS.
