Things will get a whole lot worse now.

Wow! After 40 years,I'm moving out of Texas! After Perry's "God blessed us with oil and gas under our land" comment in his victory speak and the landslide GOP victories, the message is loud and clear. Our environment is finished… a very sad day for Texas indeed. God help us.

Paul Burka@Texas Monthly on the Texas House of Representatives:
"It looks as if the Republicans have a chance to win three more seats. That would bring the total to 22, added to the 78 they have now, making 100. With 100 votes you can pass anything. The Democratic party will not be a factor in Texas politics for a decade. I guess that’s not such big news. They haven’t been a factor for the past decade."

Thank god, I am so sick and tired of listening to you dumb-ass liberals and all of your dome and gloom. I do thank god for the gas and oil he left under the Texas earth for us to profit from.
Now with the Texas House, and Senate along with the change of leadership in the House in Washington, normal people will not have to worry about their mineral interest and royalties.
I am pretty sure after "Speaker Elect Boner" kicks Nancy's ass to the curb you can stick a fork in the cap and trade, and the FRAC ACT in already being filed in the trash can where it belongs.
This is a great day to be a Texan. I love the smell of flaring NG, and diesel fuel in the morning, makes me feel like "MONEY".
