Better get used to it! There is nothing to stand in oil and gas's way now.
Probably in 2 years the majority of you will vote to elect someone as President of the USA who see the sanity in also extending the Halliburton Loophole, getting rid of the clean air act, and diminishing the powers of the EPA "say goodbye to climate". At that time you can all kiss your (R) butts and property values goodbye. That is of course unless you are transferred here by a big corporation who will buy your home for what you payed for it and you can take your family and move to Seattle or California where it is safe.
