Chesapeake likes to move the drilling holes around until they have the fewest required waivers so they gerrymander out the oppostion. If they are still short some waivers, then they buy out those who have a price. Bully bully bully….unwelcomed and then buys his way into our Truman well neighborhood here in Arlington and this recently happened in a Ft Worth nieghborhood too!
