I’m not sure what this is that’s burning in Brazos County, TX
OPEN PIT BURNING IN BIG BRAZOS
This is at a well site which I think is a freshly drilled oil well. The pit was at this very location, but looks like the made a burm to hide this burning.

Yeah we are supposed to be under a burn ban down here as well as most of the counties in Texas. Of course that assumes that such laws actually apply to drilling sites and if it does do would they even care to enforce it. http://tfsfrp.tamu.edu/wildfires/DecBan.png
