DVN doesn’t want to clean up their mess in New York so they tried to get the trial moved to Texas where we have an oil soaked court system. It didn’t work but it was a nice try.

What mess are you talking about??
How right you are–the oil soaked Texas courts are rotten to the core. They are of absolutely NO help to the little people. That whole 3rd branch of our gubment needs to undergo a 50% budget cut. A bunch of tax money would be saved, and nothing will change for the little people.
