“Several people reported hearing two explosions. I heard it and felt it, and it was rocking some parts of the county pretty good,” Gamez said. “We are not sure of what caused it, but it sure was a big one.”

So, they shut down an 8-mile stretch of road. Now imagine shutting down along an 8-mile stretch within the Metroplex or any urban setting. You think they have plans for that? I doubt it. Even if they do, nobody would know what to do or follow it, it would be chaos.
