If I still lived in Fort Worth, I would call a foundation guy pronto. Maybe you can have a baseline foundation inspection done that can help you get repairs if the seismic testing damages your foundation.
Apparently, Fort Worth will be responsible for damages because Councilwoman Kathleen Hicks sent out a letter saying “… properties are protected against damage.”
