Well, I guess, we did everything we could.
We tried to educate the people of Dallas.
So now when my husband asks, “is there ANY where in the metroplex you can live?”
because of my newly developed illnesses that were caused by Gas Drilling, I can say, “NO”.
Before the answer was, well, they’re getting ready to drill Dallas.
Right now the people of Dallas can’t fathom what is about ready to happen.
Don’t worry, there’s only a 10% chance you will end up being sick with a newly developed sulfur allergy.
Don’t worry about the rashes, it’s only radiation poisoning.
Don’t worry about the water, because the Gas Industry says, “There’s never been one documented case of hydraulic fracturing contaminating ground water”. (wordplay here, because really it’s more the HORIZONTAL hydraulic fracturing that is causing all the trouble and water contamination is the NORM with Gas Extraction!!.)
Don’t worry about the drought. Big Springs, TX is drinking their own urine.
Don’t worry about the pollution, next year, we can look forward to Red Ozone Days.
Don’t worry about the earthquakes, they can only hypothesize that it’s caused from gas extraction and waste water disposal sites.
Don’t worry about your foundation, or the bridges when they begin to crack and collapse because the earth is settling.
Don’t worry about silicosis, Halliburton has invented their new ‘sand castle’.
Don’t worry the vertigo, your DR will just tell you it’s depression.
Don’t worry about the nosebleeds, your DR will just tell you it’s normal.
Don’t worry about the rashes, your DR will want to give your 9 year old steroids, of the worst kind.
Don’t worry about your eyelashes falling out or the dry eyes, they will tell you it’s age.
Don’t worry about thyroid cancer, brain cancer, spine cancer or kidney cancer, you can count on your neighbors beginning to get diagnosed with rare cancers…they won’t be rare for long.
Don’t worry about your ER trips due to pulmonary distress, or now your child needs a daily nebulizer.
It’s all normal.

because you will be doing it all so the gas companies can sell the gas overseas, not even saving it for our American Demands.
Just think, you could have said, ‘no’. And non of the above would happen, and they wouldn’t be able to sell the 100 year surplus of gas they have to China.
You just made one stoopid, fracking crazy decision.

To sum up what I just read above, “Oh, shoot. They want to frack in Dallas. I guess we’ll have to let them.”
Sorry, but I refuse to stand by and allow my politicians to allow industry to poison me, my family, and my friends. I choose to fight, and I won’t give up until I win.
