Wilson County Community Values Association WCCVATX.org, a new group in the Eagle Ford Shale dodged an injection well threat when the permit was withdrawn. I don’t have a news article I can link to, all I have is what I’ve been told. Apparently the injection well operator has been out of compliance more than he has been in compliance.

I urge the WCCVATX members to remain vigilant. These guys don’t give up easily.

Congratulations! Can you please share the name of the injection well applicant so that we can all be aware in case they are operating in our area or attempt to operate in our area. We are all in this together, it’s not just one county, one state, or even one country now. Don’t frack my mother!
