CALLER IS REPORTING A RELEASE OF 1285 POUNDS PER DAY OF HYDROGEN CYANIDE FROM AN FCC STACK/WET GAS SCRUBBER, THE CAUSE WAS DUE TO A NEWLY IDENTIFIED CONTAMINATE FOUND DURING STACK TESTING ON THE 24TH OF OCTOBER, FINAL RESULTS OF STACK TEST WAS RECEIVED ON NOVEMBER 27TH 2012.
