There was an earthquake in the Eagle Ford Shale (EFS) today. It registered M2.8.
In my earthquake presentation in Azle, I referenced a study of the EFS earthquakes. At the time of the study, there had been 62 “probable” earthquakes. Scientists said the geology there is more complex than in the Barnett. The frackquakes there are caused by extraction and by injection.
